Female Leadership Exchange

miraDry FLEX

Learn how we are supporting women in medical technology through strategic collaboration, advocacy and advisory board cohorts.

The Focus Of miraDry Flex

With an incredible amount of experience in health, wellness and aesthetics, the FLEX advisory group remains on the forefront of trends and innovation helping to bring new life into a long-standing and trusted brand. This open-minded approach allows miraDry as a brand to continue innovating and expanding its programs after more than 10 years in the market.

Each of our advisors brings a unique perspective from the patient, customer and other stakeholders ensuring that our path forward is purpose-driven. As a stand alone group, the advisors were selected for their thoughtful approach to guiding emerging brands and their ability to provide direct, educated, and insightful feedback, serving as trusted advisors that drive miraDry's growth.

Each advisor has a meaningful seat at the table, which helps develop individual leadership as advisors and board members. This group collectively advocates for our patients, while miraDry, in turn, supports our advisors. As a result, this mutually beneficial strategy fosters collaboration among some of the most esteemed leaders in the industry.

Optimizing the way we do business is imperative to sustainable growth that supports more patients and customers. Efficiency is critically important at miraDry and a core focus of the FLEX advisory group. This approach allows miraDry to focus on doing the right things that deliver the largest impact to the end user.

To maximize the impact and provide opportunities for more female leaders, the miraDry FLEX initiative is designed to welcome new members on a rotation to provide exposure, experience and fresh thinking that is mutually beneficial to its members and miraDry stakeholders.
